97 years young and still teaches Yoga, Tao Porchon-Lynch reveals her secrets.

Moustafa: I mean, tell me first where do you get all this passion from?Tao: From deep inside of me and when I look around me and I see all these fantastic buildings that have sprung up, they really represent the beauty of life. Then, I feel it inside of me as well.Moustafa: Wow amazing!Tao: Same energyMoustafa: And how did you find passion for yoga?Tao: Oh dear! Through some young boys they asked me- what you doing in film, why are you not teaching Yoga? And, so I decided that since I didn’t really know enough about it, that if I did it, I wanted it to be worthwhile for everyone. Not just a gymnasium, I wanted it to come from deep in our hearts and open up that door.Moustafa: Wow amazing! So if you would tell people to live with passion, how important would that be for them and what’s the best way for them to find their passion?Tao: The best way to find your passion is, if you believe in something go and do it! But if you want to bring together something, don’t procrastinate and know that even in a calamity, something good will happen.Moustafa: Amazing!Tao: And so, I feel that, out of everything; but don’t put it off until tomorrow because tomorrow never comes. Because obviously you are ageless, you are still practicing, you’re still getting there, I mean, you make it look easy, but I am sure, it’s not easy. It takes effort and energy.Tao: No. Not too much. I wake up in the morning and I look for all the beauty around me. I go and I look at my plants. I have one plant that will even talk to me and I look out of the window and I see these wonderful birds flying around. And I think that’s nature and nature is my encyclopedia of life.Moustafa: Amazing!
